Each bouquet & bunch is made to order, this meaning no two will be exactly the same – making your order unique & special in it’s own way!

Expect to see slight variation in placement, tones or shapes of flowers used, however the beauty will remain the same!

While we do try to use images that best represent our products, availability of stock may vary, but trust that we will substitue as close to the original as possible.

Please keep your bouquet away from direct sunlight, in a dry, cool place. Bouquets & Bunches last 1-3 years if looked after properly. Dried flowers do not need water, they like to be kept dry.

Preserved & dried flowers are real plants harvested at the moment of perfection retaining their natural beauty for up to 3 years if looked after properly.

Here’s a few tips to keep your bouquets & bunches:

• Flowers must not be placed in water or kept in particularly humid environments
• To preserve the colours of your flowers, keep out of direct sunlight
• Bouquets & bunches are only suitable for interior use of up to 25 degrees
• Over time you may need to lightly dust your bouquets & bunches using a light duster or hairdryer – always position hair dryer at least one meter away from the display and use on a cold setting
• To avoid any mishaps and colour transfer, do not let your bouquet or bunch come into contact with fabric or furniture
• Keep away from children
• Keep away from open flames

• All bouquets & bunches delivered via Hermes within 10 working days (Monday – Friday)
• Specific arrival dates and times are not available as we are not able to guarantee Hermes delivery times
• Due to our current crisis, deliveries may take a little longer
